Who is Dangergirl?

I am a gregarious, outgoing and down-to-earth personal trainer in Vancouver BC who believes. I’m not here to sell you the benefits of physical exercise but to assist those who already acknowledge them and want to be a part of the process. Whether you need that initial push in the right direction, help kick starting your motivation or want the ease of a clear path laid out before you I am here for you. Pushing our bodies to their limits leads to personal empowerment, confidence and strength in ourselves.

It’s not all sweat, swearing and tears (sometimes puking too) but laughing, smiling and camaraderie as well!

My name is Danielle Doucette and I am going to give you a better life by helping you gain more ability with your body.

Philosophy

I know that your goals need support to be reached, whether it be through motivation, exercise prescription or efficient programming. It also takes great effort to achieve great results. My job is to make that effort seem easier, and along with a good sense of humour and serious commitment to your health, a lot more enjoyable. If you have the vision, I have the time and the tools to help you realize it.

Programs incorporate weight lifting, cardio, core training, and basic diet guidelines for healthy populations.
