Body Fat -1.7% (Currently 26.1% and my goal is 22%)
Lead body mass weight -3lbs, which confuses me because I should be building muscle, not losing it.

Yesterday in the pouring rain, like pouring rain, I took Brandon and Paul with me and jogged 5km, from Kits Beach to Granville Island and back again, without stopping.
I haven’t done that in, oh, 11 years, no joke.
I feel on top of the world!

I found the goal sheet I wrote in week 2 of my program.
Here’s what I had put down for stats:
Weight: 169lbs
Chest: 31″
Waist: 33″
Hips: 42″
Thighs: 25″
With the motivational reminders of “Strength, Flexibility, Endurance, Beauty, Energy”

In terms of strength, flexibility and stamina I’m about 20%, maybe 25%, of my goal.
In terms of body fat composition I’m at 27% which means I’m around 50% my goal (that being 20%).
There’s a long road ahead of me but when I think about it I know how far I’ve come already.

stretching every day with crunches.

shoulder click, can only lift 3lbs
left side of knuckle on right hand
knot in back of shoulder blade, left and under
