1RM

I tried a 1RM test for curls using a barbell and weights, apparently I can curl 40lbs (safe to say 20lb an arm?).
I dont’ know, it still seems like a really low number…. damn sticking point

Heavy

In terms of strength, flexibility and stamina I’m about 20%, maybe 25%, of my goal.
In terms of body fat composition I’m at 27% which means I’m around 50% my goal (that being 20%).
