4 month mark.
Weight -8lbs
Size -2″
Body Fat -1.7% (Currently 26.1% and my goal is 22%)
Lead body mass weight -3lbs, which confuses me because I should be building muscle, not losing it.

Legs

romanian deadlifts (single and double leg)

leg presses

good mornings

calf raises

kick back (of various angles)

hip bridges

shin pulls

step ups

What’s happened though is that my hamstrings and quads are doing all the work so my glutes and calves are happily sitting [...]

Yesterday in the pouring rain, like pouring rain, I took Brandon and Paul with me and jogged 5km, from Kits Beach to Granville Island and back again, without stopping.
I haven’t done that in, oh, 11 years, no joke.

fail

2 weeks of binging.
Food. Check.
Alcohol. Check.
Sleeping a lot. Check.
Staying relatively inactive. Check.
And what do I have to show for it except extreme disappointment in myself and being grumpy.
